Smoked fish spread
Ingredients
250 g Smoked fish, flaked; use white fish
250 g Cream cheese
2 Gherkins, finely chopped
1 small handful Fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
1 pinch Flaky sea salt
1 pinch Cracked black pepper
½ Lemons, juice only
3 Lemon wedges, to garnish
1 pinch Chilli flakes, or half a red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir well with a tablespoon to combine (or blend for smoother texture).
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Garnish with extra dill and lemon wedges.
Serve with thin slices of grainy toast or crackers.
